Irish Heritage Night With the Blue Rocks

Everyone had such a great night at the Phillies we would like to do it again but this time at the Blue Rocks! 

Dancers will have a chance to perform prior to the game.

All dancers and family members will be required to have a ticket for entry into the stadium.

 

Note:

If your dancer is interested in participating a special t-shirt will need to be purchased.

This will be a separate purchase from your ticket.

Information  regarding t-shirts will be made available once we determine the number interested.

 

Should be a fun night so hopefully we get a good response!!

Figures Update

Update:

Veronica would like to have all interested dancers attend a class this Friday, June the 7th @ Claymont from 6:30 to 8:00.

Note:

This would be the ONLY Friday night class.

The goal is to put teams together so that when regular Figure Classes start we will be ready to go.

We are hoping to put teams together based on location and have 2 classses offered during the week with one @ Claymont (most likely Monday nights before the Champs class from 5 to 6:30) and the other @ Yorklyn (most likely on Wednesday nights from 6 to 7:30).

Nothing has been finalized yet as we are also trying to work out the summer schedule which will mean moving and switching up some times so that we can also accomodate the figures classes due to the fact that we had so many not available for Friday practices.

So please plan on attending this Friday.

Delaware Feis and Figures Update

 DELAWARE FEIS 2013 is Open for Registration:

The DE Feis will be held on Sunday Aug the 11th @ St. Mark's High School

Note:  

Please do not enter if your dancer has expressed interest in doing figures until we get it all straightened out.  We are currently in the process of trying to work on the day(s) and location(s) that Figures Practice will occur.  We hope to have an email out within the next day or so with an update regarding where and when we will be starting.....thank you for you patience!

Questions regarding helping with donations and/or volunteering:

Once we get alittle closer we will utilize "SignUp Genius" to ask for volunteers (day before and day of) to help cover various aspects of the feis.  

We will also utilize "SignUp Genius" for snack bar donations and workers. 

Summer Schedule:

Saturday Classes:

The final class was held this past Saturday June the 1st.  An email will go out later in the summer letting everyone know when they will resume in the fall.  Dancers who normally attend Saturdays may switch to either the Claymont and/or Yorklyn locations during the summer months.

Claymont Classes:

There will be a switch for the Beginners (Mondays) and Adv Beginners (Thurs @ 4:00) to morning classes starting in about 2 weeks.  An email will go out with exact times very soon.
